This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. Its location near Ebbsfleet station was perfect for my journey home and made it very convenient. The hotel is also close to main transport routes and a few takeaways, which is a plus. The staff provided excellent service and were very friendly. The rooms were basic but had all the necessary amenities, including heating and a comfortable bed. The breakfast provided was also satisfactory, with a variety of options to choose from.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

The bed was comfortable & the staff there were helpful. Great nearby places include The Woodlands, we usually had drinks there. We had double beds and we all slept well.

This hotel provided great value for money, exceeding our expectations. The room was clean and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed that ensured a restful sleep. The staff were welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. The location was ideal, with easy access to attractions such as Brands Hatch race circuit and top restaurants in town. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from.
All aspects of our stay were satisfactory.

The location of the hotel is ideal, with easy access to Ebbsfleet station for a convenient journey home. There are also a few takeaways nearby if you don't feel like venturing far. the Christmas market is within walking distance, providing a festive atmosphere. the rooms are clean and tidy, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
There is no lift in the hotel, which may pose difficulties for those with physical handicaps.

Enjoyed my new year stay at a hotel located in a convenient area with well-priced meals at a neighbouring restaurant. The breakfast was good and the bed was very comfortable.
The heat in the rooms was unbearable. Despite having a fan in the room and the outside temperature being 20 degrees, the room was a stuffy 26 degrees, making it extremely difficult to get a good night's sleep.
Tourists from United States of America often stay at these properties. Consider them for your next trip.
